A young water carrier always carried two pots hung on each end of a pole .
One of the pots had a small crack , while the other was whole and always delivered a full of water at the end of the long walk from the stream to the master 's house charger.
The cracked pot always arrived only half the quantity of water . So it was for two years , every day , the bearer delivering only one and a half pots of water in the house of his boss .
Of course , the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments . But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection , and miserable that feeling only be able to accomplish half of what it was designed to do.
After some time , the cracked pot said to the man at the well :
- I am ashamed , I want to apologize to you .

The man just nodded . On the way to the house of his master , the man said to the pot :
- Have you noticed how there are flowers on your side of the path ? Noted that , day by day , as we returned from the well , it was you who 've watered them ? For two years I was able to scoop these beautiful flowers to decorate my master's table . If you were not the way they are, he would not have so much beauty to grace his house .
